We are making some significant progress on the data migration portion of the Office 365 project. I ran a large batch of user migrations overnight. The batches have completed and there are now 65 users migrated to Office 365. With 15 users left it is likely that the data transfer portion of the move will be completed today.
The challenge today will be to complete the users who are failing to migrate. When a migration fails you must wait for the batch to complete before making any changes and trying again. Migration batches are a slow process and can take a number of hours to complete. This means that if you must make multiple iterations the process can run longer than a day.
