MIB Browser

SNMP is a tricky animal and if you are working on setting up any sort of monitoring you will need a tool to browse MIB files.  The MIB file is a file that essentially converts strings of SNMP numbers known as OID's into human readable format.  Sadly the choice of tools for working with these files is very limited.  Many MIB tools are woefully outdated and many will not run on Windows 10.

The Ultimate Silent Switch Finder (USSF)

If you are doing automated installation of software, push installations or deploying software via Group Policy you know that it can be frustrating to find the right command line for an EXE file you want to deploy.  Fret no longer, USSF to the rescue.

Inno Script Studio

Inno Script Studio is a solid tool for creating MSI files.  The best part is that Inno is completely FREE!  With Inno you can create installation packages with ease and compile them into MSI files.  This is the best option for those who are repackaging software and don't have the budget for an expensive packaging solution.

Rufus - USB Burner

This is our favorite utility for burning to a USB stick. USB's are a bit different since they present some special challenges when creating a bootable USB. Rufus is a simple and free utility to perform just this job. It's a quick and easy install and is very reliable.

ImgBurn - ISO Image Burner

Our favorite utility for creating ISO images from a disk (CD/DVD) as well as for burning an ISO to disk is ImgBurn. This utility is free, easy to use and gets the job done. It also does not come with a bloated installer or additional crapware bundled which makes it our pick.
